Refund Policy
While we make every effort to assure that you shopping experience at Salsa and Chili Sauce is enjoyable, there may inevitably be occasions in which you are dis-satisfied with your purchase. As with the initial sale, we will make every effort to keep you satisfied as a returning Salsa and Chili Sauce customer.
While our vendors maintain their own return policies, Salsa and Chili Sauce wants to provide for you a simple policy that treats you, the customer, with respect. All food items may be returned as long as containers and packaging are sealed in their factory containers; no opened or partially-consumed food products are subject to return. No exceptions to this policy will be allowed. Non-food products may be returned if in serviceable condition in their original packing materials. Please include a copy of your Salsa and Chili Sauce or the shipper’s receipt. Send all materials to our Tucson, Arizona address shown on the “About Us” page on this web site. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Phone 520-303-1232. Please leave a message. We'll call you back by 8 P.M. in your time zone within the Continental U.S. We'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please clearly write this number on your return package.
Once we receive your package we'll process your order and refund your purchase price, original shipping, and tax paid. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Please follow these procedures carefully to assure that we receive your return safely and you receive your refund promptly.
